NJJUD - Product Specialist - Senior .NET Developer
Complete Description:
The Judiciary is looking for a STRONG Senior .NET developer to work on an application that will send text messages to prospective Jurors. The sucessful candidate can work independently and have strong skills in developing and consuming web services.
The Product Specialist will be an Architect for the project and be responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.
This senior .NET architect will have excellent technical and communication skills. This contractor will assist us with our projects involving C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server etc.
Contract staff will work at the direction of ITO staff and will be required to contribute in all phases of project development. This includes analyzing system requirements and work flow analysis, prepare design and program specifications, coding modules, unit testing of all modules, code reviews to determine program deficiencies in conjunction with project lead, and the writing of test scripts.
Selected staff will deliver , and conduct code reviews, and provide status reports to project manager and project lead. completed system documentation including system requirements and work flow analysis document, design and program specification documents, and test plans. Also candidate will deliver code modules (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, etc…) as assigned
Required/Desired Skills
Coding, testing, and debugging in NET 4.0, Entity FW Required 5 Years
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing Required
Classical n-Tier architecture Required 5 Years
SOA ( Service Oriented Architecture) Required 5 Years
Building pages with C# code behinds that consume data from SQL or Sybase Server Required 5 Years
Building and consuming web services Required 5 Years
Effective web page design and coding Required 5 Years
Understanding user controls Required 5 Years
Coding using .NET Generic classes Required 5 Years
Normalization, keys, and indexes, and basic tuning Required 5 Years
Design/create/alter SQL Tables Required 5 Years
writeUse views, stored procedures, and functions Required 5 Years
Write queries using LINQ Syntax Required 5 Years
HTML, CSS and Javascript Required 5 Years
