Database Architect
Required Technical Skill Set    
Design and manage hands on a scalable database (in Terrabits)

Desired Experience Range     11 years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have   
•    Sound knowledge of OLTP concepts
•    Should have managed Huge Database with large no of tables
•    Good knowledge of various replication technologies
•    Understanding of partitions, Indexes
•    Good SQL script and procedure knowledge
•    Understand row based and column based storage
•    Understanding of security features in database administration
•    Architect solutions from a technical standpoint
•    Handled huge database designing and data ownership
•    Should have handled high performance applications
Good-to-Have   
•    Good exposure / training in HANA projects
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Aability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
•    Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
