JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Skills:
Knowledgeable SalesForce developer or analyst having ability to compare for gap analysis, ability write up functional requirements.
Deep understanding of the SFDC product suite and ability to solution customer needs on the SFDC platform with:
* Custom development, integration and maintenance of cloud-based sales and customer service applications
* Agile Development, deployment through incremental innovative solution
* Integrating SFDC with external social media applications for internal and external communities
* Lead Design, Development, implementation and technical solutions.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge on other CRM software (Pivotal) and Knowledge in the asset manager/investment world
* At least 1+ years experience with Insurance Domain preferred
* Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC. Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application
* Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications.
