Position: Solution Architect - MS Web
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
Web Development Experience;
C#, ASP.NET, C++, TFS, MS SQL Server; Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5; Web Services; COM;
Understanding web protocols (HTML, HTTP, HTTPS, API etc);
Experience working with online applications (24x7 availability)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Experience working with onshore-offshore coordination;
Experience in technical mentoring of offshore resources;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Prior experience with Financial Services clients;
Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies preferred;
Onsite contact for offshore resources on Skipjack applications technical aspects;
Responsible for acquiring relevant project specifications from the customer stakeholders and deliver to offshore resources;
Review of deliverables/projects;
Bring in best practices for Development and Maintenance;
Create functional/technical specifications as required;
Provide inputs to architecture solutions;
Create optimal designs/approaches; Review with relevant stakeholders;
Code development to specifications as required;
Implement standard build and deployment practices;
Coordinate with QA/Deployment teams;
Transition to Support team on new features/functionalities;
