Job Responsibilities/ Requirement:

 

Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phone and AV equipment.  Review, audit, and revise policies affecting security and operability of hardware and software.  Diagnose and solve problems with hardware, software, and network.  Order equipment and software and coordinate with vendors. 7 years of experience are required.

 

This position has specific requirements for experience with enterprise email and calendaring systems. Technologies that the candidate should be familiar with include (but are not limited to) Microsoft Exchange 2010 and other versions, SMTP Sendmail, Messaging Hygiene technologies such as IronPort Security Appliances and understanding of various email clients such as Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.

 

Although not required, experience with Microsoft SharePoint would be desired as well.

 

Candidate will be involved in supporting technologies listed above from a Tier III engineering perspective, so advanced knowledge and experience with these tools is critical. Someone at this level should have an understanding of configuring as well as supporting these tools, easily pick up enterprise architectures for these technologies and have advanced troubleshooting skills.

 

Experience with enterprise class email and calendaring systems is required, which means working with systems that have 50,000 or more mailboxes. Experience at that level should not be for just client support purposes.
