Responsibility:

• Storage hardware (IBM, HP and HDS SAN disk arrays, HDS HNAS) and SAN switches (CISCO)
• Storage management software (HDvM, StorageNavigator, HDS Device Manager, IBM SVC native utilities, HDS HNAS native utilities-SMU )
• CISCO Switch management software (Device Manager, Fabric Manager) and storage protocols.
• Storage virtualization techniques (Array based virtualization using HDS VSP and Storage virtualization using IBM SVC)
• Storage and switch performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools and techniques. Tools like HDS Tuning Manager, HP Performance Advisor, HDS Command Director, IBM
