SKILLS:
• Looking for a lead execution BA.
• Resource needs to have testing experience, requirements definition and tracking.
• Contact center experience strongly preferred. Need someone who has an understanding of testing and can assist/coordinate with defining testing requirements.
• Resource would have experience with planning test cases, writing and execution of test cases as well as, requirements analysis process.
• Leadership/coordination experience a must. Leading a testing effort would be helpful.
• Experience defining business and testing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of resources within the SF environment.
• Experience with working with business partners and working in a collaborative environment.
