Position: Change Management Expert
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12+ months
This group is rolling out a huge project but needs a Change Management Program in placed to get the best information around. They are using Business Objects to access data. He/she will also help in delivering training to roll-out Change Management; Changes, Directions, User Guides, How To Use, Scenario's, Complications etc.
The group needs an expert to help with the Organizational Change Management piece - the technology is Business Object but they are looking for someone to help with the people part and behavior
Training advisor - this role would be focused on coordination of development of materials for various efforts in support of implementing this new stewardship system. These materials would include Change Management workshops, Virtual and Instructor led training and support of project efforts focused on automation and standardization of processes for financial accounting/ analysis. This include oversight of training developer contractor; role would be the Implementation Sub-team working a training and advisor from the business line and interfacing with business personnel from the design sub-team for technical development
