Duration              8 Months

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills               

Ø  Expert in Java and web application technologies

Ø  Experience with technologies:Java, Spring, J2EE, WebLogic, TIBCO, SOAP, REST, XML/XSLT, JSON, Oracle, and Layer7

Ø  Ability to create IT solutions which meet the Connectivity Business Group's requirements and deliver the business capabilities

Ø knowledge and experience to understand business challenges and opportunities and drive new and innovative approaches to resolving them

Ø  Drive end-to-end solution architecture integrity and the functional relationship with other projects and/or applications

Ø Develops solution conceptual designs and solution blueprints for IT projects

Ø Ability to communicate and effectively articulate the end-to-end solution/roadmaps to business and technical delivery teams

Ø  Responsible for driving proposed solution approval and alignment with Enterprise/Capability Architects across the enterprise

Ø Experience creating solutions in a multi-channel brand business environment

Ø Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures.

Ø  Deep knowledge of database and web technology with strong data modeling , software design and application tuning skills

Ø  Experience with methods, tools, technologies designing and building systems for extremely high traffic and transaction volumes like: RESTful Web Services and API development , SOA and ESB Technologies (e.g. Tibco Active Matrix, Websphere)

Ø  Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue

Ø  Work with internal cross commit teams to accomplish project deliverables

Ø  Strong application design/problem solving skills

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills  

Ø  Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions.

Ø  Experience working within the Enterprise software market or Internet industries is highly desired

Ø  Experience with Front End technologies such as CSS3, SASS, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone, Mustache, Ember and AngularJS                                                                                                                                                                           

Ø Application Performance Management (dynatrace, appdynamics etc.)

Ø  Content Management Platforms: Fatwire, Documentum, Alfresco, Drupal, MediaWiki

Ø   Build Infrastructure such as the Atlassian suite, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Gradle etc."
