Title: Business Objects Admin/ Crystal report Admin
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6 Months+
Required :
Business Objects 3.1;
Administering BOE using administrative tools and scripts that are included with distribution of Business Objects Enterprise( Infoview , CMC Administration, Publishing Wizard, Import Wizard) .
Installing and configuring Business Objects
Development and implementation of BOE backup and recovery plans
Develop and maintain administration policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience with building a BO from the ground up in a cluster environment
Experience in installing, configuring and monitoring Tomcat,
Monitor and manage system operation metrics and performance
Capacity Planning & Sizing, Configuring, Managing & Administering BOE services
Implementing and managing BO Security Model
Test - Load Balancing periodically, Monitoring BOE services; tracing
Migrating BOE Objects across environments
Importing 3rd party application Users and groups into BO Platform
WebServer/AppServer Integration and Enabling Auditing Functionality
Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting issues
Provide 24x7 platform support. Complete service requests and problem cases
Database knowledge - Oracle 11 g / SQL Server 2005.
Report Publishing, Security, and Processing.
