SharePoint Sr Developer
Location : Minneapolis
Required Technical Skill Set SharePoint 2013/ 2010 , .NET 3.5 +, Silverlight , Javascript , SharePoint Designer
Desired Experience Range 5-8 years
Must-Have
1. Full lifecycle experience in SharePoint Project
2. Strong Knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing SharePoint solutions.
3. Should have created the High Level design of the SharePoint Portal
4. Should have worked / contributed on SharePoint Deployment Architecture
5. Hands on experience in SharePoint Development using SharePoint Designer and .NET in the previous projects
6. Experience developing custom .NET forms for SharePoint
7. Experience with the design and development of custom .NET workflows, custom SharePoint web parts, Designer Workflows
8. Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using web parts with strong working knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model
9. Should have created the Low Level design of the SharePoint custom component
10. Web Development experience using JAVA Script, Silverlight , CSS
11. Hand son experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence solutions and technologies
12. Should have worked on SSRS integrations with SharePoint
13. Should have worked on SharePoint integration with other systems
14. Taking directions from Architect and implementing solutions.
15. Ability to prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good-to-Have
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
3. Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
4. Contribute to development team growth through strong team interactions and be driven by both time constraints and a personal commitment to quality.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Should be able to develop / participate in the architecture & design of SharePoint Portal
2 Prioritize assignments, handles shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
3 Co-ordinate requirements and delivery with offshore counterpart.
4 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written)
