Job Title: Java Architect
City: Pleasanton, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months+
LOCAL or WEST CANDIDATES PREFERRED!
Scope of Work:
Java Development Lead/Mentor/Architect with Weblogic:
a. Hands on development with Java and J2ee development.
b. Deep understanding of Java, JVM , Configuration management
c. Well versed in SOA framework and building web services on REST/ JAVA
d. Well versed in Ajax and Java scripting frameworks
e. Well versed with Java Development and Open Source Framework
f. This is development advisory role, helping the team with Application development with Modern Frameworks
g. Ability to work with teams across US and provide guidance
h. Build and deploy code and develop algorithms as needed.
Additional Skills Needed (Play Framework is Essential. Other 3 are nice to haves):
a) Play Framework (http://www.playframework.com/) (Essential)
b) Angular Js (http://angularjs.org/)
c) Java and Scala experience (http://www.scala-lang.org/)
d) Java with Cassandra (http://angularjs.org/)
