Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Location: Norfolk, VA
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 9+ Months
Responsibilities:
Senior level functional analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1 Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, and Accounts Receivable. Experience with participating as a functional analyst in PeopleSoft upgrades. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required
Duties to perform:
· Review, analyze, and comprehend Fit/Gap compare reports
· Make recommendation on eliminating customizations by using delivered functionality where applicable
· Develop content for design workshops using the appropriate content level for the audience
· Effectively lead design workshops with end users to review new and enhanced functionality
· Develop detailed requirement documents
· Work closely with the programmers to provide a thorough understanding of requirements for customizations
· Assist programmers with unit testing
· Configure application based on business requirements
· Develop test plans
· Develop test scripts
· Oversee and facilitate end user testing
· Develop content used for end user training
