Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Hands on experience in TIBCO Active Matrix Service Grid and exposure to beta products
• Command line working knowledge of UNIX
• Implement advanced product features and frameworks
• Understanding of TIBCO SOA design concepts
• Ability to suggest/recommend TIBCO products for business requirements
• Ability triage, debug and resolve application issues
• Ability to work within a fast moving environment
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Roles and responsibility
Responsible for design and development of al the TIBCO BW Components
Interact with offshore teams
Work with the deployment and confuguration teams
Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
Good written and oral communication
Explain design items through documents and white-board sessions
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Java, J2EE and Web Services
Total experience in required skill (years) ~7 years
