Level: Exempt Professional Critical Role: Responsible for database schema design, stored procedure development and database script design, coding, debugging, unit testing and deployment in moderately complex to complex applications. Key Decisions Made: • Database design, query optimization, stored procedure implementation • Assure that all work performed adheres to process, database standards, timelines and quality standards • Stay current with industry trends Knowledge/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree required • 3+ years prior experience in database development required • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL; experience with other Microsoft technologies a plus• Working knowledge of IT processes • Requires analytical skills and proficiency in developing set based logic • Develop and modify complex database processes • Assist in preparing specifications and simple program activities • Execute unit tests Skills/Abilities: • Judgment /Decision Making • Effective Communication skills • Self Directed • Organizing/Planning • Collaboration • Problem Solving
