SAS Programmer with Pharma/ Financial Exp (3-4 Positions)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: St. Louis, MO/ Rockville, MD
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-At least 8 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
-At least 2 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
-At least 5 years experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical
processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
Preferred Skills/Experience
-Query and database access tools
-IT environment
-Technical troubleshooting
-Data warehousing
-Application development tools
-Modeling: data, process, events, objects
-Application delivery process
-IT standards, procedures, policy
-Data mining
- SAS programming
- SQL programming, creating tables, stored procedures, functions, SSIS packages
- VB, ASP.Net, Visual Studio, Development Express
- PC proficiency, using Microsoft office applications such as excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Masters in Information Technology or related degree
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
