URGENT POSITION

 

LOCATION: LIVINGSTON, NJ

RATE: DOE

DURATION: LONG TERM

 

1.     Solution Architect/Development Manager

 

Responsibilities

·         Analysis and Design of message level security (Web Services and BizTalk).

·         Interacting with IT personnel in order to provide technical expertise and services.

·         Managing the development and implementation of Web Services Security

·         Lead the delivery of multiple simultaneous WS Security projects, overseeing offshore staff in development

·         Provide Technical direction in design, development and systems integration including client engagement from definition phase through implementation

·         Overseeing project and support request progress; participating in, and managing work respective to CIT policies and procedures.

·         Communicating status and issues in a clear and professional manner

·         Responsible for Planning and providing weekly status

 

Minimum Required Skills and Experience

 

·          Minimum of 7 – 10 yrs IT experience implementing and supporting business applications across various platforms

·          Strong skills in Java and/or .NET (Oracle Service Bus experience preferred)

·          Strong Relational database background – SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10G

·          Strong knowledge of web application security

·          Solid Experience in Analysis, Design and Development of  web sites and services (.NET, Java)

·          Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

·          Must be a self-starter, work well independently and in a collaborative team environment

·          Strong verbal/written communications and presentation skills

·          Problem solving and root cause identification skills

·          Must have strong knowledge and experience with XML and Web Services (UDDI, SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, etc.)

·          Must be a team player and able to work with and through others

·          5+ years experience as team leader (preferably working with onshore/offshore)

 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

·          Experience with BizTalk 2006, Adobe Live Cycle

·          Experience in the Banking and/or Large Corporate Financial Services companies in a technology development and support function.
