• Work with the business areas to identify data requirements in terms of data sourcing, technical landscape and transformation
• Document and validate business requirements and business rules for MLIS data submission
• Perform user acceptance testing and compile supporting documents
• Serves as a liaison between the business and technology teams.
• Provide research on data and business-related issues as needed
• Assist in automating the data validation and reconciliation reports
• Escalate issues to management as needed
• Produce the project artifacts that include but are not limited to;
• Business Requirements and Business Rule Spreadsheet
• User acceptance test plans, test cases, test scripts, and UAT results
• Data analysis reports/documents as needed
Senior (7+ years)
• Sr. Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive and proven experience writing requirements, test plans, etc.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills to independently research issues in a timely manner
• Experience with enterprise database management system such as Sybase, DB2 or Oracle experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access, Excel, SAS to query database and other data files (i.e. SAS and Text file)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Analyst will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement due to the access of PPI data for this project.
