Well experienced technical manager with strong exposure to development projects using Java, XML and Agile methodologies

Overall experience - 11 to 15 years.

Prior experience in handling Healthcare projects is a strong plus

Well balanced between Managerial and Technical skills

Well balanced between Assertive and Collaborative Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Expanded working hours for off-site coordination

Experience with Agile Continuous Process Improvement Commitment to Quality
