Job Title : Sr/Lead Java Developer
Location: Milwaukee, WI

NOTE* The first week will be meeting the team in Chicago with OUR CLIENT but will be working on clients 2nd site in Milwaukee, WI. Client will pay for the candidates hotel while visiting the team in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Authoring design specifications containing pseudocode, class and/or sequence diagrams.
Creating & executing unit test plans & unit test scripts. Writing new software in Java/J2EE.
Debugging & taking ownership of previously written software in Java/J2EE

Needs:
At least 2 years' experience leading a team
At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE. Recent experience with RESTful WebServices, SOAP, XML, JAX-RS, Jersey, JSON, XML, JUnit, JMeter, Spring Framework, IntelliJ and design patterns, such as, IOC (Inversion Of Control), DI (Dependency Injection), Service Provider, Service Locator, etc. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively.
Ability to communicate design rationale.
Ability to prioritize & manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop new approaches to design problems.
Must be organized & have an eye for detail.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required
