Position  :- Desktop Support Engineer
Location :- Honolulu , Hawaii
Duration :- 12+ Months

 

Experience Required : 2-5 yr.

 

Technical/Functional Skills

 

•     Knowledge in Windows XP/Win-7 OS

•     Basic network troubleshooting knowledge

•     Experience in deployment solution tools like Altiris

•     knowledge in deployment and troubleshooting on MS Office 2010

          •     Troubleshooting skills for desktop and laptop hardware issues
          •   Trouble shooting OS/Software issues on Desktops and laptops

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

•     Imaging of desktops and laptops

•     Deployment of desktops & Laptops to end users

•     Handling VIP user laptop/iPhone issues

•     Handling desktop level projects like new rollouts, upgrades etc:-

•     Troubleshooting Dell Laptop/desktop Hardware issues

•     Installation of software's to end users using deployment tool
