Title: Java Back End Developer
Location: Red Bank, NJ
Duration: 18+ Months
Client: JPMC
Corporate Compliance Technology (CCT) organization delivers technology solutions to support Legal and Compliance as they advise the business on applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern business globally, and assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment. The CCT application portfolio is experiencing significant growth as existing applications are being significantly enhanced or rebuilt. We are looking for an Application Developer for the Disclosure of Interest Compliance data warehouse application.
As a Java Application Developer for CCT, you will be responsible to:
· Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies
· Attend architecture review, strategic technology directions, and best practice development
· Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with customers and other stakeholders
· Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Manager to ensure that tasks are completed within estimates and variances identified early.
· Actively attend design reviews and code walkthroughs to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the business and the system.
· Collaborate with Release Management team to coordinate code migrations and move code through each environment (Development, Test and Production) with the code deployment teams
Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of strong experience developing applications using distributed components with Java/JEE platforms (JSP/JSF, EJBs, JDBC, JMS)
· Experience with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Velocity, Log4j etc.
· Experience leading design and development of individual modules using Agile methodologies and RUP.
· Extensive experience working with WebLogic, WebSphere or JBoss application servers
· Strong OO concepts, Component based development and basic computing skills -OS concepts, threads, data structures, inter-networking, RDBMS and SQL
· Extensive experience applying Design Patterns
· Experience with XML technologies such as JAXP, JAXB, JAX-RPC or XMLBeans, Castor etc
· Experience with databases like Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server

Title: Core Java Developer
Location: NYC
Duration: 18+ Months
Client: JPMC
Core Java Developers with PL/SQL skills:
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Both High and Low system design
Complete understanding of all aspects of SDLC Coding in JAVA using J2EE stack, MVC Frameworks, PL/SQL (Oracle), Stored Procedure, in Application server environment and UNIX. Advance features like Caching would be a plus Understand existing business processes, business issue / problems being resolved and have the ability to provide optimal solutions Participate and Support build, deployment testing cycles
Qualifications:
Senior programming level experience involving high level design Core Java fundamentals such as multi-threading, concurrency, model collection, API etc.
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new product or skill Working experience in Business Intelligence application in financial Industry is preferred
This is a project to build Java server side high performance platform.
