Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

§ Lead and educate team on Agile best practices, processes, and incorporating lessons learned from retrospectives and other forums.
§ Track and communicate the overall progress of the release and the team to all stakeholders on a regular basis using the necessary tools.
§ Ensure the timely escalation of issues that are blocking the team's progress (to Program Manager, Product Owner Team, Managers, etc.)
§ On going engagement with product owners to ensure correct prioritization, acceptance, and feedback from demo's.
§ Manage team velocity to maximize optimum utilization
§ Ensure that any changes follow the agreed upon change management process.
§ Organize and facilitate demonstrations of the product between the Delivery Team and Product Owner Team
§ Encourage collaboration across the team to promotes team building

§ Drive initiatives which promote learning and development within the PMO organization
