Have a minimum of 8-10 year experience in Cisco Routing Switching , Security Devices – Palo Alto Firewalls , Cisco Wireless , VoIP
Hand on experience in configuration on Cisco 3900,2900,Nexus 5K and 7K series
Management of Palo Alto firewalls 5000 and 2000 series.
Awareness of Cisco Wireless Controllers and AP.
Troubleshooting Skills for Cisco VoIP setups.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good communications skills.
Good-to-Have Cisco CCNA , CCNP ,

1 Incident resolution and Implementing change request.
2 Direct communication with business users and working and reporting to ISS Director.
3 Co-ordinating with Offshore and other Network Teams spread globally.
