Job Title: Technical Lead

Qualifications:
F2F Required

Position Functions or Responsibilities:
· Serves as the lead technical analyst for the IV&V activities in support of an eProcurement implementation and integration effort
· Verifies projected system software, middleware, and networking software and protocols for adequacy in meeting existing and proposed system requirements
· Evaluate new system hardware configurations in terms of performance, compatibility, maintainability, and upgrade-abilityby applyinng a strong understanding of secure coding practices and web protocols.
Evaluates and makes recommendations on security policies and procedures.
· Apply experience with Software as a Service or COTS-based IT solutions. Strong understanding of application design and programming, unit and system testing, build/release processes and technical architecture. Verifies test scripts, procedures, events, triggers, and expected results.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of overall software development experience with demonstrated experience in developing web based software applications
· Experience in building custom and COTS-based IT solutions (5+ years). Strong understanding of application design and programming, unit and system testing, build/release processes, information architecture and usability design experience
Desired Skills:
· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server; Windows Servers; Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft SSRS and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (3+ years)
· Strong understanding of secure coding practices and web protocols (3+ years)
· Knowledge of SOAP, XML, WSDL and Web Services (1+ year)
