Responsibilities: Oracle HRMS Developer with strong UI
Our client based in Santa Clara is seeking a strong Oracle Applications Software Engineer with experience developing intuitive and professional UI using Oracle Application Framework, Web 2.0 Frameworks, JavaScript, Java, PL/SQL, XML Publisher technologies and experience in HR modules. This candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of new and existing standard and custom HRMS/HCM applications based on top of Oracle HR application/database.
Requirements:
1) At least 5 years of professional programming experience in Oracle and Java tech stack developing dynamic, customer-facing web interfaces with large volume of data.
2) Must have a strong background and significant experience in Oracle Human Resource Applications development using R11.5 or R12 Oracle tech stack.
3) Must have experience working with Oracle 10g/11g databases (DDL, DML), PL/SQL for file feeds and WebUI integration.
4) Must have recent experience with Oracle Applications Release 11i HRMS in technical capacity at an oracle customer (i.e. part of their
HRIS/HRIT team or Oracle HR Technical consulting or Oracle Applications Development role).
5) Must have significant experience performing PL/SQL and UI Development, building and customizing modules in Oracle Applications Framework development (not just personalizing it).
6) Must have experience with Oracle Discoverer and Oracle OBIEE Reports, XML Publisher, Polaris Dashboards, Reports and Alerts, Oracle Workflow and AME.
7) Good to have experience designing and developing interfaces between Oracle Applications and other application systems using Oracle's Open Interface Facility and standard Application Program Interfaces (API's).
