IBM Websphere Process Server(WPS) Administrator
Location: Bellevue, WA or St. Louis,MO or Messa,Az or Huntington Beach, CA or Ridley Park, PA
Job Description:
TCS is looking for an experienced person to provide daily operations support for
IBM Websphere Process Server(WPS) and Websphere Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) serving the enterprise.
The group provides 7x24 production support.
This position requires the ability to apply knowledge and experience in providing successful problem
resolution. The candidate will be required to be able to successfully work with various support teams including System Administrators, Database Administrators, Network Administrators. The position requires the ability to work independently when required. This position is customer facing and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Some night and weekend work will be required.
Required skills:
• Previous production support in 7x24 operations
• Experienced with of IBM Websphere Process Server(WPS) and Websphere Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)
• Experience with Linux, AIX, UNIX, and Windows operating systems environments
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines (ex. Incident Management)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure or through demanding challenges & customers
• Good team player
• Good understanding of integration services
• Good communication skills
Relevant Years of Experience: 5+ Years
Must Have Technical Qualifications: Bachelors
Nice to Have Qualifications: Understanding of IBM Business Process Management (BPM)
