Manager is looking for somebody to write business requirements. That is her #1 priority, because she does not have time, and she has plenty of work now. She will be looking for someone who could learn quick and work with users and developers/QA. Testing will be the smallest part, as development and QA are now testing everything, and we oversee the testing and provide any clarifications, confirmations, information to Dev and QA from the business users side. So, it's definitely mostly B/A work, and very little of anything else.
Job description:
- PHARMA or MEDICAL INSURANCE or PRESCRIPTION BENEFIT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Prepares business requirement documents in response to client requests, new business functionality, enhanced core capabilities, and issue resolution
- Partners with development to ensure all modifications are understood and delivered as required.
- Provides ongoing analytical support to identify and resolve systems and operational issues.
- Participates in various production support meetings: Monthly prelim and lock meetings, CMI, IMC and Open Ticket Review.
- Manages the Release Management process for scheduling development and QA.
- Participates on client calls as a subject matter expert to ensure client issues are resolved and client requirements are satisfied.
- Fields questions from Account Management/Client and Operations on upcoming enhancements and/or product questions, suggestions.
- Regularly reviews of product metrics in the spirit of continuous quality improvement.
- Establishes and manages monthly application development implementation schedules based on client, product, operational and member needs.
- Creates and executes comprehensive user acceptance testing plans to ensure delivered code is as expected and defect-free.
- Trouble shoots, trains, documents and responds to Help Desk and other internal requests for product support and clarification.
- Creates and maintains detailed test plans that aid developers' understanding, assist QA in sizing the effort required, and to assure a quality outcome.
