2.      Lead JAD sessions with architects, development teams, business stakeholders and project management to develop functional design documents, such as system context diagrams, use cases, class models, interface specifications and non-functional requirements.

3.      Document and evaluate functional and technical solution alternatives. Present solutions and recommendations to project management and business stakeholders.

4.      Facilitate design review sessions for both high level functional design and low level application designs. Ensure that the integration of Health Program system components are cohesive and meet all project requirements (functional and non-functional).

5.      Assist in troubleshooting of data integration issues during testing and in warranty. Be a primary contact for issue triage and resolution. Get hands on in specific data integration issues.

6.      Advise project management and business stakeholders of any risks, issues and functional/technical recommendations.

7.       Review and evaluate project Change Requests. Advise project stakeholders of change impacts to the overall functional design, as well as specific systems. Document technical solutions for approved change requests.
