Position 1
Project Title:
Project Title: SharePoint Information Worker
Deliverables
Complete external website redesign implementation, and assist in migration of intranet from 2007 to 2010
Develop applications for the department's internet, extranet and internet.
Increase development expertise by working closely with DOR staff through implementation and migration.
Work with project leadership and business units to assist in the development of an agency-wide implementation plan.
Provide weekly status reports to the project management team.
Other duties related to information systems projects may be assigned.
5. Required Skills: The proposal must specifically indicate how these minimum qualifications have been met. If DOR determines, in its sole discretion, that the proposer fails to meet all of these requirements (or that the proposer has not submitted sufficient information) then the proposal will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation.
Three years experience with Visual Studio .NET
One year experience with Powershell scripting
One year experience developing custom components for SharePoint
A minimum of 2 years working with SharePoint 2007 and 2010 in a development environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to convey .Net-related knowledge and provide training for DOR development staff
Three years experience with database design or administration
One year experience with SQL Reporting Services

6. Desired Skills: Minimum knowledge and experience of the capabilities of various technical environments are desired including:
One year experience using InfoPath 2007 / 2010
One year experience using SharePoint Designer 2007 / 2010
Experience with SharePoint implementations in a government setting
Application Project Management experience
Experience using XML and XSLT
One year experience using SQL Server
SQL Report Builder and Business Intelligence Development Studio
Three years experience in ASP.Net development
Three years experience in C#.Net development
Position 2
Project Title: ASP.NET Developer
