Interview : technical screen (Web based) followed by client tel interview
consultants local to IL or nearby state preferred.

Job Requirements:
9+ years of real time application development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Java 1.5+, JMS, JDBC, Web Services, Threading
Firm grasp of data structures and the core Java language.
A successful candidate will understand why they write the code they do, not just what's worked in the past
Linux, Subversion (SVN), ANT
Preferred skills:
Experience with or understanding of service-oriented architectures is strongly desired.
Basic app server knowledge (particularly JBoss), and O/R mapping would be pluses
