Summary of Job Purpose:
1. Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience on Logger, QMS and WFM products
2. Knowledge on operational knowledge on workforce management will be preferred
3. Strongly self-motivated on problem solving and learning new technologies
4. Excellent team player and comfortable to work in a highly dynamic environment and on an offshore/onsite model
