Work Location : Boise, Idaho.
Duration : 6-12 Months+ Contract
Rate : Market

Summary of Job Purpose:

1.         Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience on Logger, QMS and WFM products

2.         Knowledge on operational knowledge on workforce management will be preferred

3.         Strongly self-motivated on problem solving and learning new technologies

4.         Excellent team player and comfortable to work in a highly dynamic environment and on an offshore/onsite model

Key Accountabilities: (maximum of 10)

Implementation and Configuration -  100%

Implementation and configuration:

1.         Verint WFO suite of products incl. Recorder, QMS and WFM modules

2.         Certified by Verint

Knowledge:     Operational knowledge on WFM is added advantage
