POSITION : SAP ABAP FI CONSULTANT
LOCATION : PARSIPPANY, NJ

Required skills:
· 6+ years' experience performing complex programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow) objects for SAP modules
· Participated in 3 or more R/3 or ECC major system implementations and/or upgrades
· Demonstrated expertise using SAP programming tools inclusive of ABAP/4, ALE, IDocs, BAPI's, BADI's, Function Modules, Classes, SAP script and Smart forms
· Proficient knowledge of data dictionary, menu painter, screen painter, ALV reporting and other development related transactions
· Familiarity with Linux / UNIX and FTP is preferred
· Prior experience with Accounts Payable tables and programs is required
· Prior experience with GL ECC New Ledger tables is preferred
· Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides the appropriate system solution
· Translates functional specifications into technical solutions
· Designs, builds and tests Object Oriented programming
· Sound knowledge of programming principles to write efficient, easy to maintain code
· Prepares comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test conditions and test data
· Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
· Perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

2. Sound experience of iRecruitment, Self Service HR

8. Expert in Oracle HR reporting skillset

Need strong Healthcare candidate with data warehousing and reporting experience that would work as well.
Manage the development, enhancement and support for various data warehousing, business intelligence and reporting projects. Develop and manage project plans, project estimates, and work assignments. Ensure that BI/DW projects are properly documented in terms of scope, functionality, and risk. Ensure that the work assigned is completed on schedule. Report project status to management. Assist in data business and analysis using tools such as SQL, Toad, Cognos, and Business Objects
Job Description:-
· Successful development, testing, and implementation BI/DW and Reporting projects
· Meeting development timelines and delivery dates
· Managing projects with budget
· A minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience including at least 5 years managing data warehousing, ETL, Business Intelligence and reporting projects.
· Extensive experience dealing closely with users and management to define, verify and document requirements.
· Strong Project Management skills and experience, PMP training and certification preferred, expert knowledge of Microsoft Project.
· College degree preferred with Computer Science or related major
· Some hands on experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as Oracle, SQL, Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, or Toad.
· Experience with metadata management tools, data glossary / dictionary tools, and data profiling tools a plus
· General understanding of Data Warehousing architecture and concepts
· Distributed and mainframe experience preferred
· Health Insurance industry experience preferred
· Organized self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to achieve results
· Prior supervisory / staff management experience in an ETL / Data Warehouse environment
