Title: Oracle Applications Finance Functional – AR and Direct Deposit (banking)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 12 months
Project Description – R12 EBS Implementation – Modules in scope, GL, FA, AR, AP, Payments, OM, Advance Collection, Cash Management, AME, Open Source SOA (WS01)
Key words: Oracle Apps Finance functional Account Receivables, Direct Debit Services, Oracle Payment, and Banking
Responsibilities & duties:
· Understand and represent the complexities and interdependencies of the Oracle Financials business processes across Oracle AR, and banking using Direct Debit process.
· Design and Build AR Integration with Direct Debit services with international banks.
· Design and develop Functional Specifications for Banking solution using different banking formats like SEPA.
· Lead and document business requirements, fit/gap analysis and functional design.
· Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
· Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current procedures and processes.
· Design and develop operational workflows, including the development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and support, and end-user documentation.
· Coordinate integration testing, neighbor testing, end to end testing with upstream systems
· Issue resolution, testing, and coordination with business and IT users.
· Configure Oracle Apps system for direct debit services.
Experience & skills (Mandatory)
· 8+ years' experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials required, (R12 must) in multinational, multi GAAP environment and multi-currency.
· Min. 2 full life-cycle Oracle implementations
· Functional expertise in the following areas in order of preference: Oracle AR, Direct Debit – Banking, and across knowledge of financials modules
· Strong Oracle AR knowledge with SEPA and other banking format experience.
· Strong Written and verbal communication skills
· Strong coordination skill
· Ability to serve as the internal application consultant and champion to our business process owners.
· Solid understanding of financial concepts, terminology methods and accounting processes.
· Effective leadership and communication skills - including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations in a concise manner to all levels of the organization.
Academic, Certification & qualifications:
· BA/BS in accounting, finance, information systems, or related area required
· CPA or equivalent certification
Position:2
Title: Java Developer
Location: Tinley Park, IL
Duration: 4 Months
Responsibility:
Develop some interface applications between Heiler Applications (Product Information management system with three modules) and Panduit Web site using Heiler Java SDK API, Oracle DB, and PL/SQL.
Required skills:
Minimum 5+ Years Working Experience with Java (Standard), SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle database.
Must have experiences to develop data interface between Oracle databases.
Must have prior experience using the Java program language and JDBC
