Job Description:

•           Manage day to day system administration involving Windows 2008 server , system center configuration manager

•           Use knowledge and experience with the following technologies while completing operational tasks:

 

o          Hyper-V

o          Windows Server 2008 R2

o          System Center 2012 Virtual Machine manager

o          PowerShell Scripting

o          Hardware diagnostics

o          Various network protocols

o          Designing a highly available cluster environment

o          EMC & NetApp SAN Infrastructure

 

•           Support Production and lab Operations Virtual Machine Management, i.e. planning, add, change, delete requests; maintain operational service levels and quality objectives as they are established

•           Support all Production and Lab Operation hardware infrastructure service functions, i.e. technical support, deployments, troubleshooting, planning and reporting

•           Troubleshoot production or lab issues related to virtual machines, hardware, and network configuration

•           Provide at-desk Production Support of ECTO Platform Delivery between 9:00am – 6:00pm for 40 hour shift per week which may include Saturday and Sunday hours.

The candidate will be working directly with the HCM support team, ABAP development team members and HR office personnel.  As part of the SAP HCM support team, the candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of the 2014 Benefits structure changes as well as interface implementations as Norfolk Southern transitions to a new Medical provider for 2014. Description of Duties:

Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant with Maintenance Module

Location: New York, NY, US

 

We are looking for a Maintenance Management functional module Lead that has experience with PeopleSoft implementations. Multiple full life cycle implementations are required. Additionally, experience in other PeopleSoft modules is desired, including Vendor Management, Asset Management and Contract Management. Ideally the applicant would be comfortable with the entire PeopleSoft Supply Chain solution. The candidate should also have customer-facing experience in implementing PeopleSoft applications in a customer environment. This lead would be a subject matter expert on the functional aspects of the product and be knowledgeable with the technical side. Candidate will be expected to lead the entire life cycle implementation, be hands-on and be comfortable troubleshooting customer issues.

 

Qualifications:

·         Manage the Maintenance Management module implementation for the entire life cycle, including the requirements gathering, map and gap, solution design, configuration, CRP, testing and cutover.

·         Provide assistance with additional modules including Vendor Management, Asset Management and Contract Management.

·         Work with the development team to develop interfaces, data conversion, extensions and customizations to the product.

·         Provide business process expertise and assist the client and team members develop process solutions and improvements.

·         Provide post-installation first-tier testing support to assist the customer in their use of the application.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·         5+ years of experience working with the PeopleSoft, including experience with version 9.0 or 9.1.

·         Experience in Maintenance Management with 2 full life cycle implementations

·         Experience with PeopleSoft Vendor Management, Contract Management and Supply Chain applications

·         4-year degree strongly preferred

·         Attention to detail

·         Team player

·         Ability to work both in a team and as an independent self-starter

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         PeopleSoft implementation experience onsite with customers
