SAP SCM(APO) Lead
Work Location : Rhode Island, USA
Duration: 10+ Months
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8+
Technical/Functional Skills :
• Sound understanding of SCM 4.0 & 5.0 function areas:
o Demand Planning (DP)
o Global Supply Planning (APO-SNP)
o APO-Core Interface (CIF)
o DP / SNP : Proficiency in creating macros / Alerts
Experience Required
• At least 2 E2E APO Implementations and experience in handling Production Support
• Business Analysis experience; requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, application mapping
• Excellent analysis and design, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Should have good cross module knowledge and ability to implement solutions keeping the impact on dependent modules
• Should be able to drive RICEF technical development including Functional Specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Work on support issues and resolve them within the SLA
• Communicate effectively with end users in a multinational environment
• Elicit business requirements from the users, document them and build & configure solution Work with developers to explain technical requirements for any ticket needing development resources
• Work with Offshore/Near shore teams in resolving issues
• Handover/Takeover of incidents/Change Requests
• Good team player and willing to stretch to achieve goals
