Software Tester

- File clear, concise bug reports - Test bug fixes and new features - Isolate the minimum set of steps required to reproduce a given issue - Gather bug reports from product users on discussion forums - Work closely with programmers and artists in a support role - Perform regression testing using written test plans as a guide - Write new/update existing test plans

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills - General knowledge of computers (you should be able to install software, update drivers, maybe even swap a graphics card or two) - Strong problem detection and troubleshooting skills - Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks in priority order

- Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet applications - Experience with bug tracking systems - Computer programming knowledge (C++ preferred) - Experience using software version control systems - Experience with/interest in radio-controlled aircraft
