Position: - Business Analysis having 9+ years Exp - with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Good leadership Qualities and excellent comm.

DURATION: 18 MONTHS PLUS

LOCATION:   NY

No. of positions: 2

 

1.  Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, excellent comm.

2.  Experience as a Business Analyst in implementing custom or off the shelf packages for SERVICE organizations

3.  SENIOR 9+ YEARS EXP.

 

Business Analyst JD:

1.       Possess 9+ years business analysis industry experience. Good leadership Qualities.

2.       Experience as a Business Analyst in implementing custom or off the shelf packages for SERVICE organizations

3.       Gather business requirements using different requirements gathering techniques ( e.g. interviews, surveys, use case outlines, workshops etc.)

4.       Analyze and document business requirements using Document Requirement templates, Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools

5.       Analyze the impact of business requirements changes to the project

6.       Work with the business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize the business requirements.

7.       Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications

8.       Collaborate with the technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements

9.       Assist in the development of Test scenarios and test cases from a business perspective

10.   Assist with system integration, user acceptance testing and end-user training

11.   Contribute to practice building activities like White papers publication, Assets creation, Creating centers of excellence etc.,

12.   Act as team lead on assigned business functions as required and supervise team members to complete assignments on time

13.   Willing to travel and/or handle overseas assignment location if required

14.   Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

15.   Prior SDLC life cycle implementation experience is an advantage

16.   Excellent leadership, analytical, communications and negotiation skills (i.e., can lead/motivate people, manage multiple priorities and drive effective collaboration across groups)
