Job Description:

Must Have Skills:

• Business requirement and process documentation expertise
• Experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with SFDC integration & data migration
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Desired Skills:

• Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Certified Developer/Advanced Developer, Certified Service Cloud
• Strong familiarity with Apex and Visualforce
• Demonstrated ability to guide a successful Service Cloud Implementation, with understanding of Case Management, Customer/Partner Portals, Sites, Knowledge, and CTI
• Understanding of key data migration and integration concepts
• Knowledge of different cloud integrators, middleware / ETL vendors ( Informatica, Cast Iron, etc)
• Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts
