Pre-Qualifying questions that must be answered before submitting:
-How many BPC Netweaver 7.5 implementation have you lead and for whom? [Need to ensure this is Netweaver specific, not just BPC]
-Can you supply client references and what will they say when we call them?
-Is your background SAP BW or FI, or is it BPC Microsoft? [prefer SAP BW or FI, but MS is fine as long as they have implemented 7.5 Netweaver]
-What is your work style? [need to hear "team", "communication"; don't want to hear "gather requirement and go build"]
Description of Services:
A multi-phased SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) initiative. The first phase focus is Financial Consolidations. This is a global company in the process of implementing the full suite of SAP ECC products. The consolidation functionality will include multiple currencies, partial ownerships, automating the current manual elimination processes, enabling the full range of Audit and Control functions, integrating historical data, and equipping the client to be self-sufficient in the post Go-Live environment. The BPC version is 7.5 Netweaver.
Deliverables:
* Financial Close and Consolidation Process Design, * Architecture Design include data flows, process flows, and architecture layers, * Design and Build of Consolidations including Inter-Company Eliminations, Multiple Hierarchies, Multiple Currencies, Partial Ownerships, and Reporting, * Unit Testing, System Testing, and User-Acceptance Testing, * System Documentation, * Knowledge Transfer to client throughout the project, * Go-Live Support, * Meeting Facilitation
Acceptance Criteria:
Proven track record of success; including good communication skills, ability to work with an integrated Team, multiple implementations leveraging Netweaver 7.5, Personal Integrity
