Successful candidate will possess a high level knowledge of agile developer best practices, including Test Driven Development, continuous integration, end-to-end and travel light, and deep object oriented coding and system integration experience.

Must have the ability to assess individuals and their environment to determine what the developers are able to absorb versus what is ideal. Must be able to specify practice improvements, put concepts into action, and coach to accelerate acceptance and proficiency of new practices, and improve team velocity and throughput.

Tech Stack
• C++ (I believe objective-c or other c/c++ mobile platform are good pools to draw from)
• Nokia Qt Framework (cutting edge open source mobile/embedded platform)
• Squish GUI + Robot test automation tools
• Linux / Eclipse

Job Description:
Looking for a good Analysis that would be excited to work in a fast pace environment. The individual would be working to improve process, diagnose issue, help with code change, and support production ETL environment. Some travel will be involved with position. Responsibilities: · Investigate and resolve code and data issues related to ETL processes. . · Assist in troubleshooting data integrity issues. · Troubleshoot technical issues with processes and identify modifications as needed. · Identify issues and bottleneck within the code and hardware running the code. · Verify database and data integrity. · May require sometimes to work evenings and weekend in response to business/system needs
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications: · Skills in reading/writing SQL code. · Unix skills with shell scripting. · Background in databases. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Self-motivated and can understand urgency when a task should arise. · Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours and be on call. · Excellent English oral and written communication skills. · A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. · Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported. Other Desirable skill: · ETL environment experience is preferred. · Perl coding experience is a plus. · Oracle Scheduler experience is a plus · Oracle Advanced Data Guard is a plus. · Oracle Grid control experience is a plus. · DataStage experience is a plus. · Experience with Oracle PLSQL DML and DDL code is a plus.
