Our direct client is looking for 3 very Sr. ASP.NET developers with strong experience in MVC, C#, WCF, & Silverlight.

Communication is the key and a good communicator can crack in!!

1. 8+ yrs exp. With .NET and C#
2. 1+ yr exp. in Silverlight and WPF

3. Strong exp. On Entity framework, LINQ, lambda expressions
4. Strong exp. On creating/using/deploying WCF and WCF applications
5. Good analytical and debugging skills
6. Interfacing WCF with Silverlight
7. Workable knowledge of Oracle/stored procedures / SQL statements
8. Experience in full Software development life cycle with strong understanding of the processes.
9. Experience with object-oriented design and programming techniques a must
10. Develop system unit test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved and validate that business goals are accomplished
11. Experience with source code control systems such as SVN, TFS
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
13. Shall be able to work independently without much guidance
14. Should have at least a Bachelor's degree

Skill Set:

Participate with business representatives/users and business analysts, release manager, and/or development manager in the requirements definition process.

Review and sign-off on completed requirements documents.
Translate business requirements into viable technical architectures, database schemas, and designs.
Implement the designs (design, code, test, deploy).
Support the deployed applications through debugging, fixing, and maintenance releases.
Understand the current applications and technical architecture and insure that adherence to architecture standards are followed.
Work with users, contractors, vendors and technical personnel to meet project milestones.
Stay abreast of new technology and methods to optimize development for the enterprise.
Coordinates the activities of a group of developers on a specific effort to drive technology, tools, architecture, and modeling.
Effective at complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult to resolve issues --- expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and development strategies.
Responsible for compliance to IS change management standards, including a lead role in code reviews, implementation plans, contingency plans and updating of disaster recovery plan.
Will participate as lead in generating/reviewing technical specifications

Required Skill :

· HTML, CSS, Javascript, YUI, and Adobe Photoshop, Some experience with Stripes or Struts Java web Framework, Minimum JSTL (Java Standard Tag Library) experience.
SVN (source code control) experience or CVS or any Source Control
Apache Web Server configuration experience (Rewrite and Proxy Rewrite module configuration)
