Description

Targeted Skills & Competencies:

* Familiarity with web technologies, MS SharePoint 2010, Chatter, Jive.

* Ability to develop business and functional requirements.

* Ability to coordinate with C-level executives.

* IT product development and program experience.

* Coordinate a software pilot with multiple teams.

* Ability to follow SDLC process.

* Solid understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes.

* Solid understanding of social media and collaboration concepts.

Expected Responsibilities:

* Ability to capture requirements from business operations, IT and 3rd party vendors.

* Lead requirements gathering sessions.

* Maintains SOX and SAS70 regulatory controls & standards.

* Will be responsible for collecting key data across the organization, analyzing the data and preparing requirements (business, functional and technical).

* Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.

Suggested Experience & Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree and 8 - 10 yrs of business analysis experience. Good communication, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

Strong Project Manager that has followed formal Project Management practices. Ability to track down information and follow-up on deliverables.

Resource must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, subject to change and re-direction, due to nature of Project.

Resource must be able to ensure Project confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Support meeting requirements: organize participants, locations, agendas, and minutes

- Track project milestones and deliverables

- Track and manage issues and risks associated with project deliverables

- Ensure all tactical plans developed are in line with key components of Project strategy

- Set and continually mange project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

- Develop and deliver regular project progress reports including proactive analyses of issues and risks to key deliverables.

- Track status against project plan

- Prepare and update status reports and project management documents

- Assist with project status communication

- Assist with managing the project SharePoint site

- Work closely with members of the team across functions and key regions to enable cohesive tracking, integration, and real-time coordination of Project activities

- Have flexibility to work at various facilities

Project Summary:

The goal of the SAP TAO upgrade project is to upgrade SAP Test Acceleration & Optimization (SAP TAO) from version 1.0 to 2.0 and Quick Test Professional (QTP) from 9.5 to 10.0.

The upgrade will ensure that existing functionality of Quality Center Automated Requirements continue to be met in the upgrade environment.

The project team will ensure all integrated architectures and versions are certified by the software vendors and are compatible with the newly upgraded versions.
