Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Help build out the infrastructure needed to support the SharePoint Program Office. Assist business and technology support personnel with work related to Sharepoint.

Years of Experience:

12-15 years of experience in the BA field with at least 5 years of Sharepoint experience

(Temporary/Intitial)

Develop/build out SharePoint request process (including change control)
Develop SharePoint Roadmap (based on current plan)
Build out training/help/support material base
Best practices

FAQ
Develop change control process for maintenance of SharePoint technical configuration documentation
Develop SharePoint monitoring program
Requirements (what we want to monitor)
Tool recommendation (beyond existing and OOTB)
Reports needed (including frequency)
Build out document maintenance plans:
Application development standards
Training documentation

(Ongoing/support)

Maintenance of SharePoint Roadmap (strategic timeline for small to large scale projects on SharePoint)
Analysis, categorization & prioritization of SharePoint requests
Quick fix support (training, 2nd tier user support, OOB)
Small scale development (enhancements)

Provision of SharePoint change management (coordination of work with IT staff)
