Can succinctly communicate bugs in the ticket system
Follows an escalation path
Follows instructions

Testing Skills

3 – 7 years testing experience
Testing certifications
Analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of negative testing scenarios
Participate as a positive team member on a scrum team, create test scripts, execute and document testing
Will take initiative and question test scenarios and add additional valid scenarios (when needed)
Familiar with hospital software. Typical clinical applications are pharmacy, order entry, OR scheduling, ancillary, patient's data (vital signs, I&Os, allergies, etc). Someone who has been a pharmacist, pharmacy tech, worked in a hospital lab., etc. would be a good fit
GUI Testing experience
Java Testing experience

Our client is looking for a WebLogic developer to come in and help migrate the PAETEC ERP (CRM) and a few other companies to the Windstream tools. Although this is a developer title, they will not be doing much with coding or designing. They would like someone to understand the integration and how CRMs and ERPs can integrate with old systems. They should know understand LDAPS (AD) and HTTPS and how that works within an ERP. Any exposure to Middleware would be a huge plus. Candidate could have experience with ESBs. Any experience with Centrify would be a plus as well (mechanism for authenticating on AD from Unix OS).

1. WebLogic (5-7 yrs) - Candidate needs to be an "expert" in WebLogic and should have experience with version 8.0 or higher. Should understand how to install, configure and tune it. Should have experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11g.

2. Linux (5-7 yrs) - Candidate should understand Linux permissions and be able to change and update them.

3. Application Servers - Tomcat and JBoss exposure.
