Need an Active Directory Guru who can deploy various user controls in Windows AD. Please send me write up on their previous experience doing similar work.

Client has multiple Windows Servers which has multiple users accounts with the issue that all users have same level of access and same pwd.

Client wants some Windows Active Directory expert who can come and design the login security so that different uses access thru different domain with different pwds.

Currently they have same login/pwd for most of users.

Client wants to implement Password Privilege management so that everyone has a different pwd.

o Mandatory

§ Technical skills

• Pharos development or implementation or deployment or support skills ( This is an added advantage but not required )

• Very good knowledge of networking, LDAP and Active Directory.

• Should have worked on at least one project where responsibilities involve configuration of LDAP and/or Active directory.

• Virtualization concepts and experience on VMWare or any other virtualization tool

• Experience on any RDMS product. Preferably MS SQL

o Nice to have

§ IIS knowledge and experience

§ Involved in at least 1 maintenance project with responsibilities of fixing and addressing production issues related to LDAP/AD

§ Experience in documenting requirements
