Role Title : Test Manager/ Lead – Level 2

Location : Atlanta, GA

Duration : 12 Months

Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end testing process for a large release.

· Assist with test case definition, design, and development.

· Define data needs and work with application team to create data requests.

· Manage test execution with IT application and business teams.

· Define the defect tracking process and incorporates it into the overall development process.

· Review the development process to ensure that defect tracking is properly addressed.

· Work with the deployment lead to plan the application releases.

· Manage testers work throughout the project life cycle to ensure on-time/on-budget performance.

· Requires BA/BS or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.

· Performs a broad range of work, sometimes complex and non routine, in a variety of environments.

· Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications.

· Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.

· Works under little or no supervision.

· Uses discretion in identifying and resolving complex problems and escalating issues.
