Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with C#, Java / J2EE, WCF, HTML

• Strong OO (Object Oriented) background Experience

• Candidate has to be comfortable working in both areas - Java, C#

• MQ Series, Web Sphere

• Oracle DB - able to write/improve medium to advanced SQL

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Very enthusiastic and willing to quickly learn

• Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback

• Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models

·Past experience working on an Agile team is a plus. "

Roles and responsibility

• Work on a small collaborative team that is designing and developing a Web application utilizing an agile-like processes

• Design & Code reviews

• Communicating daily with key stakeholders inside the company; onsite / offshore co-ordinaiton

• Works collaboratively with third-party integrations, consultants, or client IT staff

• Adheres to strict QA procedures and documentation for version roll-outs, including peer to peer testing

• Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems

• Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions

• Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces

* Must have in-depth working knowledge of debugging in .Net environment.

* Must have the passion to work with technology and complex systems.

* Experience in analyzing requirements, able to understand impact on existing systems and come up with an all-encompassing solution.

* Candidate must have the passion to work with demanding customers

* Candidate must have good written and verbal communications skills and must be a strong team player.

* Candidate must have a good understanding of coding best practices and standards

* Candidate must have worked with software configuration management systems

* Candidate must have independently designed and implemented solutions or modules in a project.

* Candidate must be able to clearly document, user stories/use cases, functional specification and design

Candidate Responsibilities:
•    Conduct and document a detailed value case for the project
•    Create Application Profiles for individual projects
•    Plan and organize DCO sessions
•    Facilitate and Lead the DCO sessions
•    Collect functional requirements and document use case
•    Document flows
•    Architect work item relationships
•    Wireframe User Interface
•    Identify user interaction requirements including system reaction time and screen flow performance
•    Automate business policies
•    Create correspondence templates
•    Design and build reports
•    Conduct functional testing
•    Protect and curate existing frameworks and architectural components

Candidate Skills/Experience:
Required:
•    6+ years as a Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA)
•    Solid Analytical Skills
•    Process Modeling and Design expertise
•    Business Process Management experience
•    Cost and Benefit analysis experience
•    Strong communication and facilitation skills
•    Strong MS Office expertise (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Project)

Preferred, but not mandatory:
•    Service Supply Chain or logistics background
•    Knowledge of SSC tools: Oracle 11i applications (Order Mgmt, Inventory, Oracle Workflow), Xelus, ETL platforms and Business Intelligence applications (Services BO Business Objects universes)
•    Experience with IT PLC (Project Life Cycle) Implementation Methodology
•    Business Objects Reporting (mid-level experience)
•    Experience designing GIS-integrated applications including mobile platforms

Recommended Certifications:
•    Six Sigma (green or black belt)
•    Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
