Candidate needs to have worked in a IT-Revenue Operations architecture team supporting application development and support across 3 areas: Billing, Collections and Cash Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and development across multiple technologies including .NET, J2EE, Flex, Cold-Fusion, and Oracle.

Work on multiple projects, building the design specs, and guiding development team through build and rollout. Will be a first class citizen of the developer community with substantial hands on coding.

Work with BAs to understand the business requirements and document technical architecture, design, and functional/non functional specifications

Assist in code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring other technical resources

Work with QA/SCM team for builds, releases, test case design and defect resolution

Trouble shooting and Production Support

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the design and development of web based solutions in an enterprise IT environment - areas include .NET 4.0/C#, VS2010, ASP.NET 4.0, WCF 4.0, WF 4.0, HTML5, AJAX, JQuery, MS Enterprise libraries 5.0, MSMQ, Entity framework 4.1, MVC3, TFS

6-7 years of hands-on software product development experience with object oriented analysis, design and programming.

Solid understanding of web technologies, application servers, enterprise messaging, relational databases, and multi-tier application design, SOA, XML and Web Services.

Experience with technology platforms including .Net, Java/JEE, Cold-Fusion, Flex, IIS/Apache, Application Servers, and Oracle or similar DBDMS.

Familiarity with design patterns, technology standards, methodologies and development frameworks

Experience with techniques on web application performance tuning, scalability, security, network connectivity and optimization.

Experience with different software development life-cycle methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM and RUP.

DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

COGNOS, IBM P8, AppFabric

Familiarity in technologies and framework/tools such Web 2.0, RIA, Flex, Silverlight.

Healthcare industry experience is highly desired.
